The Womb & Trauma Release
Trigger warning, contains reference to traumas of a sexual nature, violence and grief.
Although this page applies to people born with wombs, the processes of trauma release will work on people born without wombs in a very similar way, so please read it if you are drawn to learn about trauma release on a cellular, energetic and emotional level. Trauma release is my special interest with kambo, I wish to reach as many people as possible. Following is a general overview and then my story, (which contains many potential triggers, so it's linked separately below so you won't read it automatically.)

I am going to share my story with you, because it, or parts of it, will resonate with many, and my hope is that through describing my journey it may help other people to embark on this healing process at such a deep vibrational level.

Firstly as an overview:
It is acknowledged through the energetic world that a lot of traumas are stored in the womb, as a womb having woman I have experienced this truth first hand. Traumas including but not limited to; rape, abuse, having unwanted sex but not saying no, abortion, miscarriage, mothering identity, parenting mistakes, energetic links to children, nurturing work, putting ourselves in vulnerable positions, substance abuse, not prioritising our needs, and anything we do that is not in line with our inner wisdom.
The womb may be viewed as the centre of our wisdom, the solar plexus is our energy centre and our root chakra and the stable (or not so stable) base we grow our human selves upon and develop our energetic flow through. The area also covers our digestive system, so any of the situations listed above, can be stored physically, vibrationally and impact our energy flow, womb health, periods, menopause, digestive system, hormones and mental health, knocking us out of balance. This list is not exhaustive and doesn't touch the ancestral pain that we carry, the persecution of women as witches and in the harassment, expectations and work-load of women in today's general life.

For people born with wombs, kambo has always, and will always be traditionally served on the ankle for the first experience. This is so that the kambo travels directly through the womb (or through the energy body of the womb in the instance the womb is not there) immediately. The Amazonian tribes have always done it this way and with their thousands of years of practice, wisdom and intuition, they definitely know best.

Supporting the claim that trauma is held in the womb and surrounding areas, is the fact that most people experience the same pain in the womb after or whilst having kambo (and whilst having ayahuasca). It usually happens after the kambo process of purging has finished, and lasts 10 - 45 minutes, as the release happens, and often may happen a couple of times, in subsequent sessions, depending on the personal process.

During Kambo sessions, once it's all been released the pain stops happening. This is a measurable outcome for which I would like to collect data and add to the research bank for kambo practitioners so that we may be able to further help people with wombs shift and move through these stored experiences. And ultimately, so that more people of all sex and gender identies can be helped with their releases.

What is it that happens?
A combination of period-pain like cramps, spasms (that feel energetic), and labour-like contractions. A hot water bottle helps and it is a process worth going through. I also experienced a 'womb purge' which I believe it was a trauma purge. I have of read countless accounts of women experiencing the releases in the form of emotions, pain, an extra period, heavier periods and eventually period regulation (time and flow). Kambo is used by the tribes to induce abortion and also, to enhance fertility depending on the desired outcomes.

When going through this process with me in my practice, I hold a very safe space for release. I live and work in a big farmhouse, and have created a ceremonial room in a location where noise is encouraged. I will encourage you to talk about your intentions of what you want to release during your purging, what you want to leave in your bucket. We will discuss this when you are here, you don't have to discuss your traumas to achieve this, but if you want to, I am able and willing to hold space for that too.

When going through your process with me facilitating, you will be encouraged to release any noises, words, screams, yelling, growling, crying and laughing - all of these ways will help you. I personally found myself swallowing down my noises in my first few ceremonies. They were in places where noise mattered - residential, inner city houses, it didn't occur to me to scream. For my practice I encourage any and every level of noise, and you don't need to worry about anyone hearing anything. Noise may not be part of your process but it's good to have the option without concern.

Whilst working with trauma release it is advisable to have your first session as a 1-2-1, it'll take 5 hours but only 20 - 40 minutes of that is sitting with kambo. 1-2-1 sessions are £200 but I am offering a discount for people who buy a session before the 31st December use the code 2022 to apply a 25% discount off your 1-2-1 session, available for everybody. Click here. Subsequent sessions you will be drawn to when your body tells you it's ready, it might be in a week or 6 months. After your first session you can join a circle. I believe it's important for people of all gender expressions to have spaces just for them to foster a safe environment. I hold Womb Wisdom circles, monthly for continued release which are ideal for those with wombs but open to all who identity as women or femme, along with bi-weekly circles for men or those who identify more with the masculine or want to raise this energy.

I also host Warrior Tribe Circles which is fitness focussed, designed for people who have already sat with kambo with me. Ideal for those of any gender who want to embody the warrior energy. There are bi-weekly Mixed Energy Circles which are open to all genders. This is a way to have more kambo at a reduced rate, and is beneficial in terms of raising the energies of the group. You can also create your own circle with your own friends.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss anything you would like to.
